General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all included accessories. Personal data must be removed/reset before shipping back to us. All return claims must be initiated within7 calendar days of the verified handover.
What's Covered (1-Year Warranty)
- Dead pixels on screens
- Total battery failure
- Motherboard / CPU issues
- Unresponsive keys/buttons
- Connectivity hardware failure
- Speaker or mic defects
What's NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage (cracked screens, liquid spills), theft, software and OS modifications, or opening/repair attempts by unauthorized third parties.
